BIOGRAPHY
Mikaela Curet is a singer born and raised “en la Isla del Encanto: Puerto Rico”. Since she was little she used to run away from home to visit the neighbor, turn on the radio and start singing. She grew up listening to the music of Olga Tanon, Frankie Ruiz and El Gran Combo.
Mikaela has a bachelor’s degree in Music Education from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico. Along with music ensembles from the same university she had the opportunity to sing under the direction of Roselín Pabón and Cuco Peña. She completed graduate studies in Music at The New School in the City of New York.
Mikaela Curet has performed throughout the world in concerts and festivals in Europe, Central America, North America and the Caribbean. She is not only a singer but also an actress, dancer, plays piano and guitar.

Mikaela Curet es una cantante nacida y criada en la isla del encanto: Puerto Rico. Desde muy pequeña solía escaparse de su casa para visitar a la vecina, prender la radio y ponerse a cantar. Creció escuchando la música de Olga Tanon, Frankie Ruiz y El Gran Combo.
Cuenta con un bachillerato en Educación Musical de la Universidad Interamericana de P.R. Junto a conjuntos musicales de la misma universidad tuvo la oportunidad de cantar bajo la dirección de Roselín Pabón y Cuco Peña. Realizó estudios graduados en la universidad “ The New School” en la ciudad de Nueva York.
Mikaela Curet se ha presentado internacionalmente en conciertos y festivales en Europa, América Central, Norteamérica y el Caribe. No solo es cantante sino que también es actriz, bailarina, toca piano y guitarra.
